ROSS CENTER BASEBALL FIELDS
CITY OF MUNCIE
Located at the center of the Thomas Park Avondale community, the Ross Center provides a variety of programs for children.

FLR is assisting the Ross Center in articulating a vision for the expansion of their baseball program.
The project included developing presentation materials used to request funding.  Visualized concepts helped communicate to funders the future baseball program and create a framework for better understanding the potential needs and assets that the program can be provided.

FLR worked with board members to develop and managed the land grant application materials. Additional conceptual plans will be explored going forward, including but not limited to spill over space for family, press box, multipurpose fields, and necessary recommendation of adjacent streets and potential acquisition of adjacent property.
