Kurt Stegemiller

Also known as the guy who keeps projects moving, ideas flowing, and the design team on track. Whether it’s collaborating on concepts or making sure everything stays on schedule, Kurt is all about turning plans into reality. A Ball State University graduate, Kurt also completed the Academy for Community Leadership in 2021, reinforcing his commitment to thoughtful, impactful development.

If there’s one place everyone should visit at least once, Italy tops his list. With centuries of cultural and architectural history, it’s a playground for anyone who appreciates incredible design. Plus, it offers everything from buzzing cities to peaceful countryside.

When he’s not managing projects, Kurt doodles in the abstract (which explains why he’s so great at spotting incredible patterns out in the wild). When he’s confessing his most crazy experience, he’ll probably talk about that one last lap at Brown County State Park where he set personal speed records trying to outrace a surprise storm of hail, torrential rain, and lightning.
